MEET YOUR DIETITIAN

Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Certified Prenatal Dietitian, and qualified Sports Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Griffith University, a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics Practice from Bond University, as well as specialised training with Sports Dietitians Australia and Early Life Nutrition Alliance. As a mother, Caitlin brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her practice.

Specialising in women's health, Caitlin supports clients through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum healing, and nutrient replenishment, as well as managing conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis, and PCOS. She is passionate about empowering women with realistic, practical nutrition strategies that improve their health and the health of their babies, supporting their wellbeing for years to come.

Caitlin takes a holistic, non-judgmental approach, helping clients overcome barriers such as nutrition confusion, low motivation, and lack of confidence in the kitchen. She works closely with each individual to create practical, sustainable nutrition plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
